              Article 1 - Purpose <\/strong><\/p>

              These terms and conditions govern the content and the subscription terms of a package offered by Rebel Company.<\/p>

              Article 2 - Content <\/strong><\/p>

              Rebel Company offers subscriptions to plans that each include at least:<\/p>

              • The creation by Rebel Company of a showcase website (hereinafter referred to as \"the Site\") intended to present the client's business.<\/li>
              • The management and maintenance of the same site by Rebel Company.<\/li><\/ul>

                Other features corresponding to each plan are listed on the Site or the order\/quote form and will be presented to the client via the same website\/order form\/quote at the time of subscription.<\/p>

                Article 3 - Price and Payment <\/strong><\/p>

                The subscription price corresponding to a plan is indicated on the Site\/order form\/quote at the time of the client's subscription. \u00a0<\/p>

                Article 4 \u2013 Commencement of Obligations and Renewal <\/strong><\/p>

                Rebel Company\u2019s obligations mentioned in Article 2 will become due from the date of receipt of payment.<\/p>

                The subscription period will commence from the date of receipt of payment by Rebel Company and will end on the same calendar day of the last month of the subscription period as the receipt of payment.<\/p>

                Sans pr\u00e9judice du changement de prix de souscription mentionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019article 3, paragraphe 2, si avant l\u2019expiration de la p\u00e9riode de souscription, le client n\u2019a pas express\u00e9ment fait part \u00e0 Rebel Company de sa volont\u00e9 de mettre fin \u00e0 la souscription, l\u2019abonnement sera renouvel\u00e9 de plein droit pour la m\u00eame dur\u00e9e selon les m\u00eames conditions. <\/strong><\/p>

                In the case of automatic renewal, payment will be due from the first calendar day of the new subscription period.<\/p>

                Article 5 - Termination<\/strong><\/p>

                The client may unilaterally terminate the subscription at any time by submitting a formal request via email to \"info@rebelcompany.be\".<\/p>

                In the event of non-payment of the price indicated in Article 3 by the client within 20 calendar days after the invoice has been sent, Rebel Company may unilaterally terminate the subscription.<\/p>

                The termination of the subscription will take effect from the first calendar day of the month following the termination request or, if the request is made before the first calendar day of the next month, on the last day of the subscription.<\/p>

                Without prejudice to the termination right provided in Paragraph 2, Rebel Company will have the right, in case of non-payment of the price mentioned above by the client within 15 calendar days after sending the invoice, to make the site inaccessible to the public until the client has made the payment.<\/p>

                • Failures, intrusions, or interruptions related to the hosting provider or external factors beyond the Provider\u2019s control.<\/li>
                • Delays or damages due to incorrect information provided by the client.<\/li>
                • Delays in the execution of one-time services requested by the client.<\/li><\/ul>

                  Article 7 \u2013 Confidentialit\u00e9\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>

                  Personal data collected in the course of the business relationship between Rebel Company and the client will be processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (hereinafter \"GDPR\") and the Law of 30 July 2018 regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.<\/p>

                  In this regard, the party whose personal data is collected and processed by the counterparty will have the rights conferred by the GDPR concerning the processing of such data after its collection and the control that can be exercised over it.<\/p>

                  Article 8 \u2013 Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>

                  All multimedia content, in the broadest sense, exchanged during the provision of services under the subscription will remain the property of the legal and natural persons who provided them. More generally, nothing in this contract may be interpreted as justifying the transfer of intellectual property rights over any content exchanged between Rebel Company and the client.<\/p>
